Jim Selzer

Jim joined Boats Group in 2017 after spending five years at a former Apax Partners portfolio company, TRADER Corporation, where he played a key role in the accelerated restructuring and growth of TRADER and he is widely respected for his extensive experience in working for and with companies facing a variety of challenges, including acquisitions, operational restructurings, revenue growth, and cost optimization. Jim has worked for several high-tech and distribution companies as Chief Financial Officer, and in other management positions throughout his career. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan and a BS in Accounting and Business from the University of Kansas.
