Nadja joined Boats Group in 2021 with an extensive background in strategy and classifieds, holding various leadership roles at one of the leading global marketplace players, the OLX Group, where she was part of the extended leadership team to grow brand awareness, streamline the portfolio and explore new strategic business opportunities. Previous to OLX Group, Nadja was a consultant with the Boston Consulting Group and a product marketing manager at L’Oréal. Nadja received her MSc and CEMS Master’s degree in International Management from ESADE Business School (Barcelona, ES) and her BA in International Economics at Bocconi University (Milan, IT).
