Pat became Chief Executive Officer of Boats Group in 2023 and has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2021. He has over two decades of leadership experience in global consumer internet and online marketplace businesses, including eBay, eBay classifieds, and Prosus, one of the world’s largest technology investors. Pat currently serves on the board of directors of Delivery Hero and Skillsoft (NYSE: SKIL) and holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Santa Clara University.
