Spencer joined Boats Group as Chief Revenue Officer in 2023 following nearly two decades of successfully building, scaling, and operating large organizations around sales and go-to-market strategy. Most recently, Spencer was the Executive Vice President of North American Revenue for CarGurus, where he transformed the company’s growth strategy and grew revenue to over a billion. Previously, Spencer held leadership positions at leading marketing and technology companies, including Publishers Clearing House, Fiksu, and OneScreen. He holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a bachelor’s degree from Boston University.
