Improved Lead Routing
We’ve updated how leads are delivered to make the experience more consistent and efficient for your team. Leads are now sent directly to the assigned Sales Representative (when applicable), instead of routing to the office by default. If no Sales Rep is assigned, leads will continue to route to the office as usual.

- Clear ownership of every lead
- A smoother, more reliable experience for buyers
Coming soon: You’ll be able to CC an additional email address on all leads sent to a Sales Representative. This makes it easy for offices or admins to stay in the loop while still delivering leads straight to the assigned rep.
Verified Now Live Across Boat Detail Pages
We’ve launched Verified across Boat Trader Boat Detail Pages for Select members, giving buyers more confidence in who they’re contacting. Verified provides a trusted, branded profile that helps your listings stand out and builds credibility.
With a Verified profile, your listings can now showcase:
- Verified badges and trust indicators
- Your company branding
- Broker bio and a professional photo
- Key seller details

Image Carousels on Search Results Pages
We’ve introduced image carousels on listing cards in our Search Results to help buyers explore boats faster, before they even click!
Buyers can now:
- Scroll through multiple images directly on the Search Results Page
- Get a better preview of the boat at a glance
- Click into listings with more confidence and intent
More visual context upfront helps buyers quickly identify boats that match what they’re looking for—leading to higher-quality clicks and better engagement.

These enhancements will surface an easy-to-understand rating (powered by AI), highlight what owners and buyers consistently love about each boat, and visually call out key strengths and features.
By bringing this research on-site and focusing on what makes each boat stand out, we’re removing friction from the buying journey and helping motivated shoppers submit leads faster.
