Listing Optimizer

Get clear, actionable feedback to improve your listing score and visibility. Listing Optimizer shows you exactly what to update (like adding photos or enhancing details), so you can quickly maximize the performance of every listing. Listing Performance

Our “Reports” section has been refreshed, and Listing Performance remains your central hub for tracking how your listings perform across our portals. See your average listing score, impressions, views, and interactions all in one place, with data updated through the day prior. This report has been enhanced to allow you to export performance insights for one or multiple boat listings using the print icon.

Buyer Intent: Richer Context for Faster, More Informed Follow-up

Buyer intent data is now flowing into LeadFlow, giving your team deeper insight into buyer motivation. This added context—captured through post-lead questionnaires—helps you prioritize leads more effectively and tailor follow-up based on buyer readiness.

Post-lead questions

New SMS Leads

For North American customers with dedicated phone numbers, buyers can now text you directly from a listing. This enables faster, more convenient communication and helps you connect with buyers the moment interest strikes.

What this means for you:

  • SMS inquiries will be delivered just like website leads, via email, Contact Manager, or your third-party lead manager (e.g., HubSpot).
  • On the Leads page under the Emails tab, the lead source will be clearly labeled as “SMS.”
  • Because SMS leads originate from text conversations, they will not include portal, listing details, or customer email.

While these leads may look lighter than traditional submissions, they represent high-intent shoppers actively engaging via text, so we recommend ensuring they are not flagged as spam.

Coming soon: We’re rolling out dedicated phone numbers across UK, Netherlands, France, and Germany, with availability expanding over the coming weeks. You’ll receive a separate email with next steps and country-specific instructions to help you complete setup when it’s available to you.

COMING SOON

We’re rolling out updates to the ProSeller platform designed to improve how you share and manage listings. These enhancements include refreshed Boat Detail Pages, easier listing sharing with customers via text, direct links to portals, and expanded co-brokerage support, now allowing two brokers on a single listing.

YachtCloser is getting a refresh! We’re also focused on making access simpler and more seamless. With a new unified login, you’ll be able to access both YachtCloser and BoatWizard using a single set of credentials, reducing friction and keeping your workflow connected.
