Keep Your Office in the Loop with Lead CC
Last month, we introduced improved lead routing, sending leads directly to the assigned Sales Representative instead of routing them to the office by default. Now, you can CC your office on those leads as well.
This update lets sales reps receive leads instantly, while keeping offices or admins informed. It’s a simple way to maintain visibility and coordination without slowing down response times. If you’d like to enable this feature, please reach out to your Account Manager.
